I'm not sure if you can send photos internationally or not using iPhoto, but here in the US, if you have a mac iPhoto has a great deal with Kodak where you can order them right out of the application. I think google's picasa does the same thing.

I know people who use shutterfly.com, ritzcamera.com, and walmart.com as well, all will print and ship locally, some (I think Ritz) even let you come in and pick them up just like you would standard film prints.
