Once upon a time I created a package for assisting laptop users who move around a lot of locations.Nowadays this has largely been superseded by things like network-manager, but some people still find it useful for the more arcane kinds of situations it can cope with. You have to reconfigure your upstream proxyYou have to change the way you send e-mailYou use varying static IP addresses on different networks... and so onThe package is in Debian. The latest version should be in unstable, though it will very likely work unchanged in testing or stable. The source code for the package is in Catalyst's Public Git Repository.
