The Temple for joinindaily theme "Garden Ornaments"
This seems to be a fairly generic ornament in large gardens in Ireland - certainly I've seen essentially the same thing in a number of other places. This example is within the utterly gorgeous gardens on the estate of Mount Congreve near Waterford.
