Anyone know if these are edible?

We went out at lunchtime with the plan of climbing Mt Kaukau, and as we were driving along Papakowhai Rd I spotted the mushrooms and determined to catch them on the way back.

In the event Heather ran out of puff after about 150 vertical metres, with another 100 still to climb, when we turned around and came back down.  As a result perhaps the timing was even better to catch these on the return.

And maybe Kaukau was a bit ambitious for someone who is still recovering from last years medical adventures.
