Is there someone out there in the free software world with too much time on their hands? Yeah right!

Well, if anyone is interested I know that I would certainly like to see a plugin for Evolution which would let me configure a set of named 'pipe this into X' options in some menu.

My first use-case is to pipe it into "cd $PROJECT; git am --signoff" so that I can right-click on a message in Evolution, navigate some weird menu structure and choose some name I've assigned like "Signed-off patch for DAViCal".

I'd do it myself, but see paragraph 1, above!
