Ardgillan Castle

The classic shot of Ardgillan Castle from across the south lawn.  Well, I guess in the really classic shot there would have been less humidity and the other side of the bay would have shown a bit of landscape silhouette, but that probably only happens once in a blue moon.

At least I got it on a sunny day, with people playing and picnicking in the park.  It's quite a walk down to the castle from the carpark, but there's accessible parking down the bottom.  Mum managed the walk down OK, but I decided it was better to drive down and collect her after all the walking.
