For +Jeremy Visser, and any other night owls who only see it when they stay up late, here's what dawn looks like on the Monterey Peninsula.

Of course being dawn I wasn't properly awake when I took this and ten minutes later I completely ruined my day by locking the car keys in the trunk of the rental.  This turned out to be a really bad idea because while it's easy enough to break into the car, the trunk was like a fortified safe inside that and it took about four hours and two locksmiths to open it.
