Mirowski Park
This was the lovely view from our (most excellent) AirBNB in Warsaw last week. On the other corner of the park (not visible in this shot) was an awesome local produce market, so we didn't eat out for every meal as we otherwise might have!
Warsaw has many parks and wide avenues, largely as a result of the city's destruction at the end of World War 2 when some parts were so completely annihilated that there was nothing left to rebuild. It is a very sad history, but these green spaces within the city make the new Warsaw a very nice place to walk around.
