Return Visit

On the ferry to Tory Island I went up to the bow of the boat which was quieter and less windy, but quite crowded.  This lady was up there too, and we chatted for a bit.  She'd been to Tory a few times, and the first one was back in 1933 when she was 13 years old.  She had some solicitous younger people helping her up and down the stairs off the ferry (and she very sensibly stayed put on board), but otherwise she was perfectly happy to walk around under her own steam.  A very hale 96 year old indeed!
