Tanks at Fort Dunree
Up the hill from the museum at Fort Dunree is a delightful hillside full of abandoned buildings. Rusting corrugated iron and crumbling concrete. It's a relatively modern abandonment, compared with the Norrhburg at Greencastle (on the opposite side of the Inishowen peninsula, built in 1305), but we clearly don't build things to last these days, and I imagine that some of these buildings will only be evident from their foundations in a few more years.
