Great stuff from +nicola gaston, who we all heard a most excellent talk from yesterday here at MulticoreWorld .

It seems that Nicola was here because the conference was called out as a SausageFest , and it has definitely helped shift things as there were two women speaking, though still not nearly enough women attending.  Or speaking.  However next year I'm sure this will have shifted the thinking enough that for this conference, at least, there will be much more careful thinking about who should be speaking.
