I was looking at registering as a Barnes & Noble developer so we could get some of our Android apps

I was looking at registering as a Barnes & Noble developer so we could get some of our Android apps onto the Nook Colour, but sadly:

State : This field is required!
I have a US Bank Account : This field is required!
I have a valid US Tax ID (EIN or SSN) : This field is required!

Doesn't look like that'll be happening :-(
