Off to Work
I took this photo of 1 World Trade Center as I was walking into the office early on Thursday morning. Manhattan is so filled with taxis and trucks that you often wonder how normal people get on, but the subways do an amazing job of moving people about, and the cycle lanes appear to be pretty good on the avenues, perhaps not so good on the minor streets.
And of course on a morning like this one there are plenty of people walking it, as I was. Actually the weather was totally amazing while I was there. Naturally I'd brought several jackets and prepared for snow, but in the event I was mostly too warm for any jacket other than after dark.
