Wow! According to this council, there are two kinds of women – haraam and makrooh. Haraam women are forbidden, basically pure concentrated evil. The good kind, makrooh, is "really really disliked."
Here's a plan. Since women are so evil, let's just remove them from your society for a couple of generations (they can live over here). The men can then go about their (presumably) non-evil ways for the next few decades without women to trouble them.
