Leaving the Scene
This whipped by on my screensaver today, reminding me how much I like the photo which I took in January when we visited Dublin for a "preview visit".
It was kind of bizarre to leave the middle of summer in New Zealand and spend 30+ hours on planes (each way) to visit Dublin for a week in the middle of winter, but it did at least show us that it can still be nice, even on a stormy week in the middle of winter.
This winter (christmas!) I expect we'll be huddled inside rather than out and about, unless we make an excursion to somewhere warmer.
