Under Construction
I don't know London well. I think this area is Chelsea, but I could be wrong. Slowly getting to know it better, every time I come here I walk a little longer and further, and even join some of the bits together.
I thought these apartment builders are optimistic though. I know I wouldn't be buying a property this close to high tide, though I guess these developers will find someone to buy, and in 20 years the taxpayer will be footing the bill for keeping the water out of the basement.
