Only ONE candidate can restore an equitable income growth pattern: Bernie Sanders
There was a time when all income brackets grew together. Today, virtually all of the new wealth is going to the top. Everyone is working longer, harder, and faster for less so the rich can get richer, and this profiteering scheme is unsustainable. Due to a rigged system of campaign finance, we have only ONE shot at fixing this: electing Bernie Sanders as president and having a wave election to oust tools of big corporations from Congress.
The Great Prosperity vs The Great Regression:
•From 1935-1980 70% of the income gains in America went to the "poorest" 90% http://www.stateofworkingamerica.org/who-gains/#/?start=1935&end=1980
•Since 1980, 100% of the income gains have gone to the richest 10% http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2015/jan/13/elizabeth-warren/warren-average-family-bottom-90-percent-made-more-/
The median annual income is only $27k/year, which at full time would come equal less than $14 per hour in an economy that produces on average $64 an hour per worker. This is wage theft.
