South Stack Lighthouse
After our panicked start to the day we finally did get to Holyhead, and then drove to South Stack to walk around on the hill and look at the South Stack lighthouse, which is certainly dramatic.
It would have been good to know we didn't need those passports, but in the end we had them, and Stena Line still let us onto the ferry despite being 10 minutes after their official deadline.
