Interesting: earlier this evening I asked someone when we had met, after they requested for a second time to connect on LinkedIn. I just now got a reply saying they were closing down their hacked account...

Now I wonder how many other of those random LinkedIn requests are from hacked accounts, and whether I would be doing a public service to reply to them also.
