A Bath with a View
We drove through several fords, and across one bridge where everyone elected to get out of the car and walk "just in case" to get this far into the Kaikouras - very much off the beaten track!
The view - when the mist isn't obscuring it as it was here - is straight down the Puhi Puhi valley to the sweep of the Kaikoura peninsula in the invisible distance.
But perhaps with the mist closing in it's time to build a fire underneath the bath and heat the water up for a good long soak.
