I wish the Ingress  app would be enabled in my country, so I could download updates to it

I wish the Ingress  app would be enabled in my country, so I could download updates to it.  At present I'm still running the v1.00.00 version, which seems to be the only one I can find to sideload.

Feel free to suggest places I could download 1.08.0, which the play store tells me would be the current version for me if the app were available in New Zealand...
