You'd think that something ordered on http://fishpond.co.nz/ on 14th November would have arrived in good time for Christmas, but no: we are still waiting for our prezzies and I don't think we'll be using Fishpond again.
Their refunds process seems designed to annoy as well, making you jump through hoops to get actual money back, rather than get a credit in your account.
