Playing with the new photosphere feature on shiny  new nexus4  while I was out with the family for a walk around the waterfront on Whitireia Peninsula.

Considering this is handheld I think it's done a pretty good job.  Obvious stitching problems with the "Power Cable" marker (which was only about 5m away), and one point where I seem to have a double horizon, but otherwise practically seamless.

I wonder if I can do Ingress  portal submissions as photospheres? This phone looks totally awesome for playing Ingress on: almost instant GPS lock, smooth graphics, etc, etc.  Gone are those moments when I've just dropped 10 XMP on an enemy portal and my phone locks up and requires reboot before I can finish it off.
