Every day the basement of our building floods around high tide. Some tides are higher than others, and the whole floor can occasionally get covered though mostly it's only a few square metres around the drains.
It might look like that water came in under the door at the far end, but when you're down there it's pretty clear that it's coming up the drain holes. I guess I don't want to be leasing a carpark down there when climate change really gets going!
